Stereolithography(SLA)

Classification:

Stereolithography (SLA), also known as resin 3D printing, is a 3D printing technology that produces parts with high resolution and accuracy, fine details and smooth surface finishes. Part of the vat photopolymerization printing family, SLA technology uses photosensitive thermoset polymers to produce custom parts. We use Formlabs materials for rapid prototyping and 3D Systems Accura materials for large-scale production.

Quality Resin-Light Yellow

Premium Clear Resin

Premium Clear Resin works with SLA 3D printing at DHTech3d. It is a clear resin and can produce transparent or translucent parts. It is ideal when you need to see through a part or are trying to make a lid or container. Parts printed with Premium Clear Resin may have bubbles on the surface.

TPU White

TPU White is compatible with DHTech3D's SLS 3D printing. SLS 3D printed TPU uses a laser to sinter powdered TPU material, which is then fused layer by layer to create a flexible and durable part.

  • High strength and stiffness, ideal for parts exposed to constant stress and heavy loads
  • Excellent heat resistance, making it suitable for use in high-temperature environments
  • Good chemical resistance and dimensional stability

High-Temp Resin Red

High-temp resin works with SLA 3D printing at DHTech3d. It is transparent and has an orange-red color. We find customers using it to produce parts that need to work at high temperatures, need light to pass through, and do not affect the smoothness of the surface, such as lamp covers or light pipes.
